Born in Munich, Germany .
Photographic training in Düsseldorf, Germany .
Since 1975 freelance photographer focussing on architectural and industrial photography.
Discovering the ethical aspects of supposedly uninspriring production processes is my main aim.

Since 1980 regular involvement with photographic projects in Brasil.
More recently I have become engaged with portrait photography as well as intercultural
and essayistic projects in the field of contemporay art.

Since 1985 member of BFF, (Bund Freischaffender Foto-Designer).

I have worked for advertising agencies, Audi., BASF, BMW, Daimler Chrysler, Henkel, P&C, RWE ,
and many others companies.
In 1996 I received the Top Job Award for Technical Photography by Photokina.
My work has been displayed in numerous exhibitions locally and abroad.
